hello. i went to part of the gospel choir concert tonight and it was really good. singing is so good, open faces, open voices. kemal, my african dance teacher was in the choir. later, after i finished othello, i went to the deshi (south asion student organization) party which i was expecting to be really good from past years and it was. i kind of wanted to stay till the end but had come planning to leave early to get to bed early and stuck to it. they had a dj who could actually mix songs and did some really great transitions--lots of energetic, smiling people. i dance with blair quite a bit. and ha-bin and sarah, who has a really cute boyfriend. i finally got groceries today--peanut butter, linseed bread, ginger snaps, chocolate chips, dried soups, grapes.
