i took a photo of the yellow tree before my 8:30 this morning. i got up at 6 to finish my thought piece (ended up finishing it after class cuz i'm so slow). it was so funny--all these sparrows were washing in the drain right outside my window, fluttering there wings and sputtering water everywhere, slapping whirring noises--morning's the best time in my room because my window faces the east so it only gets direct sunlight from 6:30 ish to 9ish--when i'm up that early i get all the pink light that reflects pink window squares on the wall diagonal to my window. now it's 11:30 and i think i shall shower, go to the library, find some books, scan them at lunch, and then see to getting started on this english paper.
i saw ferdydurke last night and it was really funny, strange, absurd--maybe i'll say more later--good line: i am NOT enraptured!
