watched almodovar's new movie 'talk to her'. so much was beautiful in that movie. shapes lines colors. a tiny/lonely man exploring a sleeping/comatose woman's body--sex, his baby, performing a miracle--red liquid paint in a tunnel surrounded by white. she looked so different in a coma and awake. she was beautiful asleep. we could all enjoy the touch of benigno's hands on her skin, her round cream breasts, the free natural way he would talk to her. i missed sylwia after she went into a coma, but with alicia it was okay, because we hadn't known her. that's why it was okay for benigno too--because he hadn't known her.
