this entry may seem rather strange. i was just reading the web page of sally's doctor (www.Integral-med.com). he's a homeo-osteopath doctor and he recommends that first time patients bring a list of negative aspects of themselves with them to their first appointment to help with their diagnosis. i thought it would be interesting to try for myself, even though i'm not going to be treated by an homeopath. i'll put up aspects as i think of them:
--lingering and inertia without relaxation; spending substantial amounts of time without being wholly engaged in whatever activity i'm doing, yet also feeling possessive over this mushymushy time. (do i have a real need for this mushymushy time or is it some sort of habit/pattern that i could unravel?)
