i haven't written here in quite awhile cuz most of my writing energy has been goin towards writing on wiki (you can check it out and start making pages and editing too, www.axolx.net). tonight i really wanted to go out and dance but ended up wiling away the evening eating cynthia's wood ear risotto with sarah and adena, half participating in/listening to the conversation and half doing things on the internet, like discover a performance happening in nyc tomorrow that i'd really like to go to. so maybe i will. i did go on a walk at midnight and danced a little as i went. a few street corners lingeringly smelled of alcohol and puke, a reminder of the college/frat scene nearby. it was misty, and now it's turned into the predicted rain. comforting rain murmur and splats. i feel at home and kind of want to stay up within this feeling of late night gentleness between the open window and humming refrigerator, but my 7 am rise time is heavying my head.
